My stay at Resorts World Genting was quite enjoyable overall, with a few areas needing improvement. I appreciated the comfortable rooms and responsive staff, though the check-in process was slow and there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. Despite these drawbacks, my experience was largely positive, and I would recommend the hotel!
